1. About the site

The Site is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TLC, Warner Bros. Discovery, Sharp Entertainment, any of the cast or crew of 90 Day Fiancé, or any of its spin-offs. References to the show and its cast are made for commentary, criticism, news reporting, and fan-community purposes and constitute, in the operator's good-faith view, nominative or transformative fair use under United States copyright law. 2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to harass, threaten, dox, or sexually harass any person, including cast members or other users.
• Post content that is illegal where you are or where the Site is hosted, including content that infringes copyright or trademarks of third parties.
• Attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, scrape data in violation of the published rate limits, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or pretend to be another user, a cast member, or an authorized representative of the Site.
• Use automated agents, bots, or AI scrapers to download large portions of the Site without permission.

The operator may suspend, remove, or restrict accounts and content that violate these terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. User-generated content

The Site includes community features (forum threads, comments, chat, polls). Anything you post in those features is referred to here as "User Content." You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant the Site a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to display, store, aggregate, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. The license ends if and when the content is permanently removed from the Site.

User Content is moderated. The operator may edit, hide, or remove User Content that the operator believes violates these terms, Google's Publisher Policies, or applicable law. Moderation decisions are not appealable.

You are solely responsible for your own User Content. Opinions expressed in User Content do not represent the operator. If you believe a piece of User Content violates these terms or your legal rights, contact the operator via the community section and we will review it.

4. Intellectual property

The editorial text, statistical compilations, data visualizations, layout, and code on the Site are the operator's original work. Third-party trademarks (including 90 Day Fiancé and the names of cast members) belong to their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive and identification purposes. Cast member photos, episode stills, social-media embeds, and quoted news headlines remain the property of their original owners and are presented for commentary, criticism, and news-reporting purposes consistent with fair use.

If you are a rights holder and believe your material has been used in a way that infringes your copyright, send a DMCA-style notice via the contact channel listed on the About page including: identification of the work, identification of the location on the Site, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner. We will review and act on legitimate notices.

5. Commercial relationships

The Site is supported by a small number of clearly labeled revenue sources: programmatic display advertising (Google AdSense), occasional direct sponsor placements (labeled "Sponsored" or "Ad"), and outbound affiliate links to streaming services and merchandise. 6. Accuracy & corrections

The operator tries to keep cast profiles, relationship statuses, and discussion signals current, but the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reality TV reporting is, by nature, subject to rapid change and conflicting sources. We make no warranty that any piece of content is current, complete, or free of error. If you spot something that is wrong, please flag it via the community section and we will revise as quickly as we can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reliance on inaccurate information. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Site.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is authoritative for the current version. Material changes will be noted in the footer for a reasonable period after the update. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
